A dark figure stands at the top of a withered old palace as he looks at the ground below. He laments the passing of his master Jaquio by the hands of the Dragon Ninja, Ryu Hyabusa. With an angry fist, he vows that he shall kill that Ninja and revive his great master back to full glory. For this world is one where demons have been imprisoned for far too long, and evil must once again reign upon the Earth. The dark sword of chaos gleams in his hand, as he raises it high in the night watching as the blood moon's glow shines the blade into a fierce crimson. For the demon lord Ashtar has no enemies who have yet to fall, and Ryu Hyabausa will surely be just another to succumb to this fierce and mighty blade of unimaginable ruin. A new adventure begins for our fellow Dragon Ninja, as even he can feel the growing might of Ashtar as it slowly encompasses the world in darkness...
